2010 QUEEN - Kelsey Ritchie -

Kelsey is the 15 year old daughter of Kelly & Regina Ritchie of Tulsa.  Kelsey is a freshman at Bishop-Kelley College Preparatory High School where she is an honors student, member of the Speech and Debate Team and a member of the Student Council. Kelsey enjoys playing the piano and the flute.

Kelsey has been showing horses for six years. She showed her gelding, Ace's Poco Valintine, to 3 Pinto World Championships, 5 Pinto Congress Championships, a Pinto Youth Championship & numerous high point awards.  Kelsey is an active member of the Tulsa County 4-H Horse Club. She, along with her two sisters, is a member of the Tulsa County 4-H Horse Club Horse Judging Team. The team has won numerous state and national titles. She also enjoys competing in 4-H Speech contests. Kelsey is also a member of the Greater Oklahoma Paint Horse Club, Midwest Tri-State Pinto Horse Club, & the Okla. Paint Horse Club.  Showing horses and being with friends are Kelsey's favorite things to do.

 

2010 PRINCESS -  Rachel Harper -

Rachel of Yukon, OK is the 11-year-old daughter of Rodney & Michelle Harper. Rachel is a 5th grade student at Banner School where she is a straight A student.  Rachel has been a member of her school’s basketball and academic teams.  She also enjoys gymnastics, playing the flute and playing with her little sister, Courtney.

Rachel is new to the horse show world.  For the last 6 yrs, she competed in Gymnastics and in 2007, she was the Gold Medalist in the Oklahoma State Championships.  However, due to injuries in 2009, she was sidelined from the sport and during that time, she became fond of horses. Rachel and her gelding, Flaming Sondee Dan, are hoping to have a similar success in the ring with the help of World Champion Trainer, Glenda Bales.  Rachel is also a member of the AjPHA and the Canadian County 4-H Club. Rachel is very excited to be part of the Pinto Family and looks forward to hanging out with her new friends at the shows. Her favorite events are Showmanship & English Pleasure.

Kiley is the ten year old daughter of Kelly and Regina Ritchie.   Kiley is in the fourth grade at Marquette Catholic School in Tulsa where she is a straight A student.  Kiley has played on the school basketball team for four years. She also enjoys playing the piano.

Kiley has been showing horses at open shows since she was four years old.  This is her 2nd year to compete in the walk-trot classes at Pinto shows with her mare, Just A Rumor. Kiley and Rumor have won numerous high point awards in Pinto, Paint & 4-H horse shows. Kiley is also a member of: Greater Okla Paint Horse Club, Midwest Tri-State Pinto Horse Club & Okla Paint Horse Club.

Kiley is an active member of the Tulsa County 4-H Horse Club, a member of the Tulsa County 4-H Horse Club Horse Judging Team and she enjoys competing in 4-H Speech contests. Kiley's favorite event of the year is the Pinto World Championship Show.  She looks forward to competing in the Pinto World show and just being with her friends and having fun at the show.
